Job Description


Mostelle360 Limited is a wholly indigenous Health, Fitness and Wellness company incorporated in Nigeria. We specialize primarily in Health, Fitness and Wellness, Nutrition (which includes food delivery and catering services), Sports, Fitness & Wellness Equipment supply, and Fitness & Wellness facility design.
The company started as Fifi’s Touch in March 2008 (Officially registered September 2008) and was expanded to the parent company Mostelle360 Limited in 2010.
We currently require the services of a qualified candidate to fill this position.

Responsibilities:
Manage/oversee the proper and profitable running of a cafe in line with the Company’s Standard of Operations (SOPs).
Ensure that the cafe operates efficiently and effectively within the Company’s fiscal and operational guidelines.
Responsible for the physical/aesthetic maintenance of the cafe.
Responsible to meet or exceed budgeted sales & profit goals.
Staff orientation, training, development and management.
Manage food production to ensure absolute quality in line with approved recipes and procedures.
Product and recipe development.
Marketing: Develop initiatives to build sales, profitability & guest counts.
Safeguard and manage company/cafe assets.
Respond to customer’s comments in a constructive and positive manner, looking as such as an opportunity to build customer count.
Report on operations and performance of the cafe as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent in any field preferably in Restaurant and Catering Mgmt., Food, Science & Technology, Business Administration - Candidate must be able to demonstrate a good level of education to justify grade (Minimum of Second class lower).
Business Acumen and ability to a take a strategic perspective.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Great People skills.
Computer literate (Able to use Microsoft office suite).
Analytical and numerical skills.
High level initiative.
Proven track record of leadership and supervisory experience.
The ability to work long hours, including over weekends and public holidays.
