A fast growing consulting firm is looking for graduates to fill the available vacant position.
Business Manager


-Manage and monitor day-to-day business operations.


-Build customer relationships through effective contacts.


-Respond to customer inquiries and needs.


-Set targets for sales and marketing teams.


-Assist and support sales and marketing staff in achieving optimum results.


-Assist and support accounts receivable teams in achieving collection objectives.


-Prepare annual plan, financial statements and reports for the management.


-Maintain and update all administrative, financial and customer databases.


Education and Training Requirements


To become a business manager, one must obtain a bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, finance, communications, or a business related field. Experience in supervising a team is important in this job.


SKILL


Successful candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, strong motivational skills, exceptional marketing and sales skills, advanced computer skills.
