Job Title: Assistant Head of Retail Sales

The head of retail sales will:
Serve as a relationship manager for investment savings mobilisation
Assist in the building and development of a sales team and the retention of our retail client universe
Work very closely with the fixed income team
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
Financial services sales experience
Ability to consistently hit sales targets
Should possess a professional business attitude
Be extremely motivated
Work well under pressure
Good objection handling skills
Be a leader by example
Desire to earn money
Good communication skills and telephone etiquette

Job Requirement:
Work hard
Open new business
Manage existing client accounts
Exceed expectations and targets on a consistent basis
Drive business profit forward
Maintain and upkeep database records
Maintain marketplace /trade knowledge
You will have experience in sales and preferably come from a financial sales/services background and be equally adept to selling over the telephone as well as face to face in a confident and professional manner.

Have a good understanding of the domestic fixed income market, specifically FGN Bonds & Treasury Bills will be an advantage (In-house training will be provided where necessary)

Skills & Qualifications Required
A good University degree or HND. (MBA, M.Sc. or relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.)
Solid experience gained with a strong track record in sales & marketing
