That seems fake though I'm not sure.
Shell doesnt have a lottery promo.It was registered as a petroleum prospecting company,not a lottery promoter.I urge u to bewary of it.
i receve thesame and process it until i was ask to pay 12thousand plus to process one affidavit and a letter in abuja.
