Job Details
ï¿½ Must be smart and good looking
ï¿½ Providing help and advice to customers using your organisation's products or services;
ï¿½ Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face;
ï¿½ Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a customer being taken ill;
ï¿½ Issuing refunds or compensation to customers;
ï¿½ Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
ï¿½ Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organisation is providing;
ï¿½ Producing written information for customers, often involving use of computer packages/software;
ï¿½ Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use;
ï¿½ Learning about organisation's products or services and keeping up to date with changes;
ï¿½ Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
ï¿½ Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
ï¿½ Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
