Human Resource Associates (HRA) - Our client, Sedgwick Minerals Provide leadership for Oil and Gas (O&G), support the overall energy strategy development, sell and manage complex and challenging projects, as required, and support and drive sales growth for the O&G practice. Create and execute business and account plans for assigned areas of responsibilities, manage projections, pricing recommendations, and initial services forecasts, and develop financial models inclusive of revenue and cost analyses. Job: Finance and Business Support Officer
Primary Location: Nigeria - Lagos

Job Description:
-Knowledge of the O&G life cycle in two or three domain areas of drilling, production and digital oilfield, refining, and trading or retail.
-Knowledge of management consulting, business transformation, analytics, systems integration, data management, or real-time systems within O&G
-Ability to demonstrate year-over-year growth into the O&G market
-Ability to demonstrate awareness of existing and emerging business and technology trends across client enterprise and industry and build solutions to address trends.
-Ability to work well and build credibility at all levels of the company and vendors
-Ability to develop and analyze financial impacts

Job Description:
-Experience in a professional environment with at least 5 of those years with successfully selling services and solutions provider.
-Experience in negotiations with external vendors and building excellent relationships required.
-Knowledge of the O&G life cycle in two or three domain areas of drilling, production and digital oilfield, refining, and trading or retail.
-Ability to demonstrate track record in the sale and delivery and growing a practice and provide existing contacts in the O&G market.
-Ability to demonstrate year-over-year growth into the O&G market.
-Ability to negotiate with suppliers

Job Description:
-Liaise with Project logistics and security to receive up-to-date logistics requests to incorporate into a daily logistics movement plan.
-Create request database/spreadsheets to form the basis for allocating resources
-Prepares periodic reports.
-Maintain contacts and good communications with key project personnel, security logistics and project yards representatives at all times.
-Coordinates hotel accommodation bookings and follow up.
-Manage all Group Travels, Package Travels and special travel for personnel.
-Use computer skills in the Microsoft environment: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
-Work with the Customs Compliance team in Nigeria and internationally, to ensure all shipments are in compliance with Global Operations standards and regulations.
-Keep current on continuously changing international shipping requirements.

Basic Qualifications
-BSC or BA or HND degree in Science, Geo-Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with a consulting firm or similar services firm preferred
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent problem solving and analytical skills
-Ability and willingness to work overtime, as required
