A well-established firm in high-profile talent acquisition is searching for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO and Founder. This firm is a top player in their space and has kicked off their search for a dynamite executive assistant to take on calendaring, projects, travel coordination, and client work while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism and a positive attitude. The right candidate is proactive, flexible, a team player, and has the ability to think quickly on their feet, while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor and effortlessly prioritizing tasks and deadlines. This position is located in Lagos with a salary of #150000 plus bonus.


Requirements:
- 4-year college degree
- 2-3 years' experience in executive-level support
- Willingness to be available 24/7 when needed
- High degree of professionalism
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Exceptionally capable with calendaring, task prioritization, and meeting goals
