TECHNICAL SKILLS
• BSC. In Computer Science
• 2 years + experience in Java development
• Familiar with OO concept
• Java 1.5 +
• Familiar with Tomcat
• Knowledge of Oracle / SQL is an advantage
• Knowledge of struts2, Hibernate is an advantage

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
• Attention to details and appreciation for good software engineering practices e.g coding standards, testing, source code documentation, and code quality
• Good analytic and problem solving skills
• Adaptable, fast learner, independent and a good team player
• Ability to keep to strict deadlines is a must

Hi, I think I'm interested in the offer and qualified as well, but there is a little problem i don't meet one of your requirement, i.e i'm still in school, but i've been a Java developer for a period of 3 years running, and very good @ it. so pls hit me back can i still apply, or maybe i could S.I.W.E.S (i.e I.T which is in 3months time).
