End of Job Searching and Create your own

do you still want to be amongs those that would be moving from one company to another all in the name of job searching, and eventually when they get it they are paid little money. Now if i may ask how much can your company pay you that would make you achieve your dreams. Well i know that you want to achieve your dreams now that your young than when you old. then why dont you create job for yourself than waiting on the government or companies to advice.
