Business Partnership Proposal(Laptop Distributorship)

Our company is seeking private individuals for a partnership deal on electronic products such as laptops,printers and other computer accessories.We are a wholesaler based in China buying directly from production units of HP and Dell,we want an expansion so we are looking into creating a business relationship with interested individuals in African countries.Our company will be responsible for shipping of products to our partners and a 180 days grace will be given for our partners to complete payment.
The following are the requirements
Interested individuals must posses and provide the following
A form of Identifications(such as Driver's License or International Passport)
A Utility bill which matches with the address
A current statement of account
A secured warehouse or office
The company must be a registered company
