According to Civil Aviation Regulations and IOSA SARPS, sin1998 most airlines have implemented Quality Management Systems for Operations and Maintenance.Incorporation of advanced management techniques to manage the elements and processes of the quality management system for airline operations and to introduce the participants to the Integrated Aviation Management System, based on the IOSA standards and recommended practices.
