Women bear almost all the responsibility for meeting basic needs of the family,yet are systematically denied the resources,information and freedom of action they need to fulfill this responsibility.
Women in Oil is a landmark unprecedented initiative to increase the participation of Nigerian women in the Oil industry through allocation of Equity stake,manpower training,technical certifications,project management,contract lobby,supply sub-contract,welfare and so much more.Women in Oil is a membership based corporation drawing from the average Nigeria woman without regard for tribe,ethnicity,connections,disability or educational level.women will be trained in different areas of the down stream sector of the oil industry and will be given free training and certifications,contract lobby and award,labour hire & wages,business capital etc.
Application/Selection process:
Fill the application form and submit,you must be 18 years and above, chosen applicants as well as those not chosen will be communicated and in some cases,interview might be required before final confirmation.Health and fitness tests and results can also be requested. Membership is for life and New Member Recruitment occurs only in every four(4) years.
