PAs , SALES OFFICERS AND PROJECT SUPERVISORS NEEDED NOW
An interior decor company on the island requires the services of an Office Manager with the following:
HND/BA/BSc degree in Humanitarian Science or related field
2 to 3 years experience in similar role
Age: 28 – 32yrs old
Sex: Male
Candidate must be able to manage the office in the absence of the CEO
must be able to manage and effectively coordinate staff
must be smart, intelligent and result oriented
must be presentable and well groomed
must have good understanding of the industry (interior decor)
highly disciplined and articulate

Responsibility
Ensuring that there is adequate supply of stationery and equipment.
Ensuring update of policies and ensuring that they are being adhered to.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
Resolve disputes in the office.
maintains office records
supervises and ensures orderliness in the office
