Our client a Real Estate firm seeks the services of outstanding Property Consultants with the following:
Academic Qualification: A minimum of OND from any Nigerian Polytechnics
Experience: 1-3years
Gender: Preferably Female
Age: 25-28 years
Skills: Ability to use Micro soft word and Excel
Effective communication skill
Effective sales skills
Good personal presentation skill
Good negotiation and persuasive skill
Ability to follow up effectively
Good analytical skill
Good customer relation
Ability to reach and exceed targets
Candidate must also be passionate about meeting people and make sales

Required to: Effectively Market Company’s product and services
Effectively manages clients order
Manage all clients database and other information of the client
Prepare all necessary and relevant reports on the job carried out as required by the organization
Ensure effective market survey to give company edge over competitors
