Description of Position
Our school seeks a candidate for the position of Principal of the School. Our ideal candidate is an excellent manager, communicator, mentor, devote Muslim and counselor. We are looking for an individual who realizes that the principal of an Islamic school is a community leader by default. The candidate must possess strong public relations and networking skills.
Duties and responsibilities
• Responsible for the day-to-day running of the school
• Communicate effectively with the board of directors
• Maintain school-wide focus on high standards of student achievement
• Mentor and manage staff; coordinate professional development
• Lead school marketing and enrollment efforts
• Maintain regular communication with parents
• Establish strong relationship with all regulatory authorities

Requirements
• Masters in Education
• God fearing and devote Muslim
• Certified teacher
• At least 2 years teaching experience
• At least 3 years of experience as Principal/Asst. Principal
