1 Bsc in humanitarian disciplline
2 Minimum of 2years experience in relevant field of practice
3 Membership of chartered institute of personnel management (CIPM)
4 Good communication and interpersonal skills
5 Good knowledge of labour laws and HR operations in the niger delta region
6 Good computer skills
