Vacancy for the post of head of pre press

A company in the printing and press industry located at Lagos mainland seeks for the services of a Head of Pre Press who will work with teams to drive organizational goals and objectives to attain required and desired results.

Applicant is expected to have the following uncompromising competencies, knowledge and capabilities to deliver results which will be aligned to organizational vision and targets.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering or related field of study. Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Years of Relevant Experience: Up to eight (8) years experience in production with five (5) years in management level.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
· Planning, managing and monitoring production of publication of journals as well as desired books
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
· Ensure the effective creation and management of production budgets.
· Manage and drive group to plan, formulate and agree on comprehensive quality procedures
· Ensuring quality and timely production.
· Ensuring maintenance of cost effective and high-standard production.
· Estimating production costs and determining high quality standards.
· Monitoring the production practices and benchmarks and setting schedules as required.
· Working out material and human resources as needed.
