Job position: Programme Officer
Location: Abuja
Job Description:
  • coordinates all inputs from the country office towards completing all grant concept notes, application and planning documents for PPA initiatives
  • manage and ensure proper maintenance progress reports and briefing on the implementation of PPA initiatives
  • work closely with the finance team to finalize all budget requirements for PPA grants in Nigeria
  • Contribute to business development in terms of drafting and review of proposals and conducting of field or desk based research
  • create and maintain consultant database to include detailed movement terms of reference and reports , tracking contract expiration and renewal and provide up to date information on consultants when required
  • provide support in the organisation of other country office project initiatives program or workshops and training

Qualification:
  • degree in either public health, social sciences, project management or other related field
  • must be analytic and highly organised
  • self motivated with excellent communication skills
  • must be computer literate
