Our Client in the Oil and Gas Sector seeks the Services of An HR Executive with the following:
Educational Qualification:
• BSC/BA in Sociology, Psychology or any related social science field
• Professional Certification will be an added advantage
Gender:
• Male
Candidate will be Responsible for:
• Formulating policies and procedures for the organization
• Managing Training and Development of the organization
• Analyzing employee performance and offering advice on managing it thus the performance of the organization
• Ensuring all other HR issues are paid attention to and taken care of

• Personal presentation skill
• Excellent oral and writing skill
