Vacancy For Head Of Corporate Services

A company in the printing and press industry located at Lagos Mainland seeks for the services of a Head of Corporate Service who will work with teams to drive organizational goals and objectives to attain required and desired results.

Applicant is expected to have the following uncompromising competencies, knowledge and capabilities to deliver results which will be aligned to organizational vision and targets.

Qualification: A minimum of B.Sc. degree in Human Resource Management, or other related disciplines (Second Class lower minimum)
Years of Relevant Experience: A minimum of six to six (6) years relevant experience in at least Human Resource Management, Facility Management and or Logistics and Procurement
Responsibilities:
• Candidate must demonstrate deep understanding in multiple unit management and
• Coordination as well as strong entrepreneurial skill to deliver required results
• Monitor the efficient and effectiveness of each staff and unit under his jurisdiction.
• Review and upgrade SOPs to meet industry standard
• Participate in the recruitment and selection of best fit staff for each unit
• Develop programs that will enhance the corporation of various units towards the attainment of business goals.
• Remarkably reposition the units to align with organizational demands.
