Position: Graphics Designer

Location: Lagos

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Assisting the Creative Director in graphic design and other related creative & printing briefs, project documentations, administrative tasks and so on.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Brainstorming and mocking up design ideas
• Presenting ideas to clients
• Meeting with clients and adjusting designs to fit their needs or taste
• Projecting budgets and schedules
• Using computer software to execute designs
• Working with others, such as printers, programmers, developers or other technicians, to complete the final product
• Any other duty as assigned

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of OND in any relevant discipline from a reputable higher institution
• Previous Design and Web Graphics Experience is a big advantage
• Must have a design portfolio to show at the interview

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1 years ‘hands on’ experience in a similar capacity
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• A passion for Graphics related tasks and an eye for detail
• Proficiency in the following software packages; Corel Draw, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat).
• Knowledge of 3D packages will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Flash would be an added advantage
• Sound report writing skills
