Vacancy for Front Desk/Customer Support Officer in a Real Estate Company!
A Real Estate Company Located in Ajah currently has avacancy for a Front Desk/Costomer Support Officer.
Candidates must be female and live in Lekki/Ajah and environs.
Main Responsibilities:
· Screeningtelephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
· Welcoming andlooking after visitors to the company;
· Ensuring that thefront office is always clean and properly arranged;
· Receive, deliver,and send out telephone messages, letters and packages as appropriate;
· Assist linemanager in handling office inventory;
· Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
· Compose and typedirectives, bulletins, and schedules;
· Maintain/oversee themaintenance of administrative files;
Qualification And Experience:
- Minimum of OND from a reputable institution
- Minimumof 1 year work experience in a similar position
Technical Requirements:
· Ability to composecorrespondence from fragmentary instructions.
· Must be able to producewritten documents with clearly organized thought using proper sentenceconstruction, punctuation, and grammar.
