VACANCY FOR FINANCE & ADMIN EXECUTIVE @ WILD FUSION LIMITED
Wild Fusion, a foremost Digital Advertising agency operating in three African countries seeks to recruit a Finance/Admin Executive for its Nigerian office. The person will assist the Finance team in various administration and finance related work.

Job Description
Ø Maintain and update Petty cash book for all receipts/payment., Prepare petty cash vouchers for approved petty cash transaction., Post and update petty cash transaction on Xero

Ø Ensuring that the weekly budget is adequately prepared to accommodate the weekly expenses.

Ø Payroll administration

Ø Make outstanding payment to the bank, file the necessary receipts/vouchers with relevant Tax authority, i.e LIRS/FIRS, keep Tax vouchers for internal company use and references, keep records of all Tax remitted to the Government, Maintain an up to date records of all past and current year WHT receivables and follow up to collect all WHT credit note with clients.

Ø Proper records of all staff pension and ensure that pension is remitted as and when due.
Registering new staff with a PFA upon employment with the company

Ø Salary accounts opening for all new staff immediately upon employment with the
Company and ensuring that this is available for monthly salary remittances as applicable

Ø Management of company asset, showing date of purchase and purchase price

Ø Working with the operations team to ensure low downtime on the company’s resources
and facilities

Ø Managing the company drivers

Person Specification
- A self-starter requiring minimal supervision
- Numerical accuracy skills is a definite requirement
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in accounting or finance and office administration
- Experience in office facility management
- BSc / HND in Accounting, Economics or any Finance related course
- Self-motivated individual and should have at least passes / attempted to pass PEI exams - ICAN
- Ability to use an accounting software is an added advantage
