Client Profile:
Our client is a conglomerate with businesses in construction, warehousing, manufacturing, banking, etc in Nigeria with vivid market presences in major cities in Nigeria. Currently, they require an experienced Design Coordinator
Available Position: Design Coordinator
Location: ABUJA
Qualifications:
B.sc/ HND Architecture
Upper AGE Limit: 40 years
Minimum of 5years experience preferably in a construction company
He/she must be able to determine project requirements and scope to develop design concepts
Develop cost estimates and recommend cost effective alternatives
He/ She must be able to produce final designs, working drawings and specifications of projects
Coordinate preparation of bid-documents for contractors to bid
Must have skills in electrical and mechanical designs
Must be creative and self driven
Line of Reporting: Project Manager
PREREQUISITE QUALITIES FOR THE POSITION
1) Creativity and passionate
2) Ability to manage change, as clients changes their mind about designs,
3) Ability to lead the team of Engineers
4) Must demonstrates good ability to organize and manage projects in order to run smoothly , the structure is completed on time and within budget
