• Programmer management experience
• Financial compliance and reporting
• Contracting/Procurement
• Stakeholder/beneficiary engagement
• Managing local partners and delivery agents
• Experience in working for the UK government or similar environment
• Previous experience on implementing programmed in Nigeria
