Vacancy for Beauty Advisors and Business Managers

A beauty shop located on Lagos Island is in need of the following positions:
NOTE CANDIDATES SHOULD BE LIVING ON THE ISLAND.

1. Beauty Advisor:
Key Responsibilities
• Report to the Shop Manager
• Provide advice on beauty & grooming solutions to customers
• Handle Point-of-Sale (POS)
• Reconcile daily sales
• Ensure general housekeeping of allocated section
• Ensure adequate inventory of allocated section
Role Profile:
• Minimum of SSCE. OND is an added advantage
• Passionate about good grooming, beauty and make-up
• Make-up and Head Gear Tying skills are an advantage
• Willingness to learn
• Enthusiastic
• Friendly disposition
• Good customer service skills

2. BUSINESS MANAGER:

Key Responsibilities:
• Report to the Managing Director
• Develop and manage the business
• Develop the Beauty Academy
• Conduct business opportunity assessments and identify new trends, products and services for growth.
• Identify, initiate and develop partnership opportunities to grow the division
• Design and execute marketing strategies for all ranges of products to reach customers and communicate brand message

Role Profile:
• A good degree, an MBA would be an advantage.
• Ability to handle people, processes and products
• Business, management, communication and analytical skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
