Our client, a Telecommunications company in Nigeria has various positions that need to be filled urgently.
? SALES EXECUTIVE ( Enterprise Solution)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Must follow-up on cold calls – meet with customers, identify their need and provide proposals/quotes
2. Must be mobile- ready to travel within the country to meet their potential clients
3. Provide clear reports to the Sales Manager on customer details, customer requirements etc on a regular basis (weekly & monthly reviews)
4. Must be able to meet the correct decision-makers in potential client premises, qualify their sales funnel and regularly meet targets
5. Must be able to make time to study the market and understand what is required to close a sale
6. Must be able to project requirements on a quarterly basis
7. Must be clear in speech- good use of the English language, English grammar
8. Must be motivated, able to motivate others and aggressive
9. Must be prepared to travel around the country
10. Must have good knowledge of computers to prepare proposals, reports and presentations (from time to time)
11. Must be able to develop himself/herself to handle higher end sales by completing internal sales certifications on our products & solutions- guided by Sales Manager
12. A professional attitude is required to work, meet with clients and giving presentations and proposals.
3 – 5 years of experience
? KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (Enterprise Solution)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organise sector-wise penetration in the Nigerian Market,
2. Aligning your team members (if any) to meet clients assigned to them by you. If no team members, you will be responsible to create your penetration plans, meeting schedules in order to close larger projects.
3. Responsible for your team’s sales figures, developing key accounts in Nigeria, develop existing client base and overall strategy on penetration of the Nigerian market.
4. Provide clear reports to the Sales Manager on customer details, customer requirements etc on a regular basis
5. On the WAN, Routing & Switching with Alcatel/Cisco, Video Conferencing using Polycom / Lifesize are some of your solution selling responsibilities.
6. Identify weaknesses in your team and schedule trainings on sales techniques with your team. You will be required to take both sales & pre-sales certifications as part of our commitments to our principals.
7. Regular updates to the Sales Manager on ways of improving knowledge base, improving sales figures and strategising on target areas/companies.
8. A professional attitude is required to work, meet with clients and giving presentations and proposals.
5 to 8 years of experience.
