Job Position: CHIEF HEAD, FACILITY MANAGEMENT
Experience

• Minimum of 6 -10 years cognate experience in a similar role in a Real Estate firm.

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Estate Management/Facility Management, M.Sc. in Real Estate of Facility Management is preferable with other relevant qualification
• Professional Qualifications, IFMA, NISEV, NIOB is an added advantage.

Job Position: FACILITY OFFICER
Experience

• Minimum of 2 -5 years cognate experience in facilities management preferably in a Real Estate firm

Qualifications

• HND/B.Sc either in Estate Management, Facility Mgt. Electrical/Electronics
• Professional Qualifications: IFMA will be an added advantage.
