Job Position: Facility Officer:
Qualifications

• Either HND, B.Sc in Estate Management, Facility Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Must have at least 3-4 years experience in estate facilities management role in reputable real estates firms.
• Member of IFMA professional body is an added advantage.

Job Position: Swimming Pool Lifeguard:
Qualification

• Relevant Competency or basic certificate in HSE, Technical, SSCE with vast experience.
• Must be well experienced in guiding, monitoring and providing health & safety to swimming pool users.
• Must have good relationship to manage people and relate well with children with good command of English.
