Project/Office Administrator
The Project Administrator will be required to plan, coordinate, manage projects, and office processes. Therefore multi-tasking and a flexible approach to managing one’s work schedule are essentials.
Responsibilities
1. Operations and office administration
2. Planning out the assigned activities in more detail.
3. Completing assigned work within the budget, timeline and quality expectations
4. Managing and resolving issues, scope changes, risk and quality concerns
5. Planning and organization of office logistics
6. Prepare project documents using predefined templates and methodologies
7. Ensuring project filing is accurate and complete and kept up to date
8. Procurement and Inventory management
Job Requirements;
1. B.Sc/HND degree holder of any discipline from a reputable institution
2. Minimum of Second class lower or its equivalent
3. Must be female
4. Must have completed the mandatory NYSC scheme
5. Not more than 26 years of age
6. Must reside in Lagos
7. Fluent in written and spoken English
Starting Pay Range: ₦40,000 - ₦50,000
Business/Marketing Executive
The role of the marketing executive is primarily focused on client acquisition and retention, the role demands a high level of commitment and focus.
Responsibilities;
1. Build networks and establish relationships with clients
2. Anchor presentations, workshops and trade shows
3. Close sales and obtain executive buy in
4. Respond to enquiries, manage clients expectations and manage issues
5. Identify prospective clients by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs events, and attending trade shows and conferences;
6. Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales;
