• To ensure the maximization of profit whilst minimizing costs.
• Ensures the promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards
• Ensures excellent customer care standards are met.
• Ensures the logistics of goods arrives safely and In good condition
• Ensures detailed stocks are taken and properly managed
• managing stock levels and making key decisions with designated authority about stock control
• Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits
• Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning
• Ensures standard for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
• Responds to customer complaints and comments

A Retail Inventory Manager

Qualification: B.A/B. Sc in Business Administration and related field

• To provide customer service by assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• To direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
• To monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
• To monitor inventory of stock and reorders when inventory drops to a specified level.
• To instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales.
• To coordinate with the HR in hiring, training, and evaluating personnel in sales.
• To assign employees to specific duties with the notice of the HR.
• To ensure the enforcement of safety, health, and security rules.
• To examines stocks and ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised.

A Retail Shift Supervisor

Qualification: B.A/B. Sc in Business Administration and related field
Age: 28 – 36years
Gender: Male

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise shifts in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
• Reviews performance with team
• Creates shift schedule to include: training, employee off duty, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
• Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels.
• Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
• Ensures the management of all stock with other relevant offices
• Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary during shift to ensure quality customer service ad stock/product
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure a clean and safe work area.
• Complete shift paper work.
