Urgent Vacancy For A finacial Controller

Our client a construction company located at Ikoyi needs the services of a Human Resources Manager with the following:
Qualification: BSc/BA in Accounts (a professional accounting qualification will be an added advantage)
Years of experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience
Gender: Male/Female
Age: Minimum of 30 years

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the process of developing and reviewing budgets for fundraising and internal proposals.
• Provide accurate cash-flow projections to the sub-committee
• Provide monthly budget reports to the company.
• Work on the development of the annual budget.
• Communicate with auditors to ensure questions are provided efficiently.
• Prepare and draft annual statutory accounts.
• Ensure timely payment of debtors and invoicing of creditors.
• Oversee payroll pension and tax contribution payments, in conjunction with company’s policy
• Administer the bank accounts and investment activity of company.
• Provide information for reporting purposes.
• Ensure company maximization of income.
• Ensure all finance records are kept accurately and securely
• Ensure financial policies are being adhered to as set out in the company financial policy
• Review financial policy with required positions
• Ensure track of fraud.
• Attend supervision, team meetings, training and other meetings as required.
• Maintain effective working relationships with company’s external customers.
• Work towards the achievement of company’s strategy and annual business plans.
• Undertake other duties as your line manager should require in keeping with the responsibility of the post.
Person Summary and Required Competencies
• Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
• Accounting soft ware operations capability of two at least.
• Technical knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
• Ability to use all books of account to generate periodic reports
• Professional in approach and disposition
• Excellent verbal and writing skill
• Must be able to create new, innovative and progressive ideas
• Must be able to work in a team to deliver required result
• Must be able to manage pressure and stress
• Must be self motivated and result oriented
• Must be confident, personable and smart
