Requirements for Core Banking Solutions Consulting Role

· A minimum of 3yrs experience designing, implementing, administering and supporting Core Banking Software in a Bank or Banking Solutions provider
· First Class or Second class upper degree in any related field from a reputable university
· In-depth knowledge of retail or Microfinance Banking business
· Good knowledge of IT software systems in general
· Strong grasp of the fundamentals of financial accounting and reporting
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
· Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools for business documentation i.e powerpoint, visio, projects, excel, word, outlook
· Strong passion for the IT industry
· Previous background as a software programmer will be an added advantage
· Business development and Pre-sales consulting experience will be an added advantage
