A real estate development company in Lekki requires Building Technologists to work on some of her ongoing estates. The Building Technologist’s duties will include ensuring that buildings are constructed in the best quality and finishing at various phases of construction. He/she will supervise contractors, builders and artisans in all external civil works, brickworks, concreting, tiling and other finishing works to assure that they all build according to plan and to company standards.

This role is ideal for individuals with unusual abilities and experience with building accurately and thoroughly, ability to notice minor details in the building process, and to recognize and rectify building errors promptly.

OND in Building Technology with 2 - 4 years of direct and robust experience in house building works required (preferably with high rises). Individuals with excellent building and construction (with supervisory) experience and less education may be considered.
