Retail Operations and Logistics Manager

A retail and trading company located in Ibadan seeks for a Retail Operations and Logistics Manager (will be willing to work at Ibadan) with the following:

Qualification: M. BA/B.A/B. Sc in Business Administration and related field
Age: 35 – 40years
Gender: Male
Experience : minimum of 4years experience in the retail industry

To ensure the maximization of profit whilst minimizing costs.
Ensures the promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards
Ensures excellent customer care standards are met.
Ensures the logistics of goods arrives safely and In good condition
Ensures detailed stocks are taken and properly managed
managing stock levels and making key decisions with designated authority about stock control
Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits
Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning
Ensures standard for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
Responds to customer complaints and comments
Supervises sales floor regularly, team mates and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues
