JOB TITLE: Regional Project Manager

SUMMARY
Our client is a leading telecommunications service provider within the region, with a presence in 16 different Countries.
Our client is seeking a Regional Project Manager.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Accountable for all technical delivery issues relating to 24x7 operations,
· Manage the operational delivery of service to the assigned statement of work,
· Review customer feedback with team,
· Develop and implement plans to improve Total Customer Experience,
· Attend customer meetings as required, i.e. CAB, operational review meetings,
· Accountable for the resolution of operational problems and issues that impact service delivery in all service
deliverables,
· Ensure new services are successfully integrated into “steady state” with minimal impact to existing customer service
levels,

SKILLS AND REQUIRMENTS
· Graduate, BE, MCA or Equivalent, Post Graduates.
· 7-10 years experience in Telecom domain and with at least 4-5 years experience in managing support for Telecom
software products/applications,
· Customer Service skills,
· Business awareness,
· Decision making techniques,
· General VAS environment knowledge,
· Understanding of assigned technology,
· People/Line management,
