Perfect Consult, a firm based in Lagos is in need of qualified and enthusiastic professionals to work as part of her team business development programme in Nigeria and her region. Because of client demands and expansion, the firm will be operating offices all over the country therefore all applications are welcomed from applicants residing in this region. Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Ondo and Osun State

Responsibilities:

• Selected individual will coordinate human resources practices for a greater high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, productivity with standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment.
• Coordinate and schedule every agenda, weekly with monthly appointments.
• Planning, organising and managing events.
• Liaising with staff, clients, etc.
  Facilitate organizational development activities such as strategic planning, team building, process consultation and management coaching.
• Preparing presentations.
• Manage various people-related projects (staff surveys, productivity improvements, etc.. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment activities; update and monitor policies and procedures
• Attending events/meetings as representative.
