Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:


  • To be responsible for the day-to-day running of the organization.
  • To be responsible for allocation and administration services personnel.
  • To be responsible for all documentation, service invoicing and agreements of the organization and other parties.
  • To report directly to the CEO of the organization.
  • To allocate and administer organization's resources.
  • Required to be able to represent and interact with client's representatives from time to time



Qualifications and Requirements:


  • OND in any relevant discipline.
  • At least One (1) year working experience in Marketing, Sales and Business development
  • Must be female.
  • Must be smart, presentable and good looking.
  • Should be able to act in capacity when need arises.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office applications such Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Should have some experience in IT and computer services.
  • Must have great personality and customer service skills.
  • Must be at least 26 years.
