Real Estate Surveyor

A Real Estate company with properties under management from diverse corporate and individual clients requires the services of a real estate surveyor to join the team.


Duties:
Marketing commercial and residential properties in V.I., Lekki, Ikoyi, Ikeja
Interfacing with corporate and individual landlords on leasing and sale matters
interfacing with corporate and individual tenants on leasing and sale matters
Reminding clients of deadlines and managing contractual performance
Procuring/sourcing new property portfolios for management
Representing the firm or its landowning clients at meetings
Advising the firm on marketing and tenant-relations strategies




Requirements:
The successful candidate will have the following:
Minimum 2-years full-time employment as a property surveyor in a hands-on realty firm
A degree or diploma certificate
Creditable written and spoken English communication skills
An independent and unsupervised goal-setter and goal-getter
Employer-beneficial internet marketing and networking skills




Renumeration is negotiable.
