Program Officer

A reputable NGO is searching for a resourceful and result oriented individual with experience in business development, training and vocational skills.

The desired person should have at least 2 years relevant experience.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess a degree in Business Administration, Management or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

A working knowledge of empowerment strategies used to work with the economically disadvantaged person as well as a high level of integrity is a must. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills are essential.

The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills and possess the ability work in a team environment.

Expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word is required. Experience in using Microsoft Access is a plus.

Preferably a female, He / She must have passion for the work.

Excellent Interpersonal skills, high level of initiative, enthusiasm etc
