Press Production Supervisor

ur client, a fast-growing and diversified group of companies with presence in the West-African sub-region, requires the services of experienced and entrepreneurial individuals to occupy the following positions: Press Production Supervisor
Tasks Include:

· Ability to coordinate all post-press/finishing activities
· Responsible for the supervision of all Production Operatives across the shift
· Liaise with other departments to ensure adherence to clients specification and deliveries
· Work in a “hands-on” capacity including setting and running machinery in the absence of team staff
· Record all production data and timesheets for operators
· Ensure that all Quality Procedures are worked to and met as required
· Report to senior management with results of production outputs etc
· Handover to following shift supervisor for workloads to transition smoothly

Requirements:

· Previous Production Supervisory experience ideally within a fast-paced printing company
· Engineering experience utilising machine setting and operation skills i.e. Power Presses,
