A performance evaluator Needed

A securiy firm is developnig a new department( Monitoring unit) that will be responsible for monitoring and evaluate the performance of her subsidiaries. the staff in this department will evaluate the performance and make neccesary recommendations to the chief executive.
intrested candidate must have:
Bsc in any humanity or social science courses,
At least two years of managerial experience,
Must be ready to work extra hour,
Must be objective and analitical,
Must be a male of between 30 and 35 years of age,
Must be a computer literate (MS office Suite)
