The Production Manager shall oversee the affairs of the manufacturing departments. She/he shall ensure that the products are healthy, the environment is clean, accurate records of stock are taken and maintained, depleted stock is replenished timely and customers and clients are properly attended to, etc.
Qualification:
• B.Sc. (FOOD SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, OR OTHER FOOD RELATED DISCIPLINE)
• Computer literate: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Navigation;
• Excellent customer service relationship skills;
