Ours is a fast growing Specialty Marketing and Brand Development Agency based in the Ogba area of Ikeja, Lagos. We undertake aggressive brand activation and direct marketing functions for our clients who are frontline players in the pharmaceutical and consumer care industries. Due to increasing expansion in our portfolio, vacancies now exist for self-motivated, talented and result-driven individuals to join our quick-impact, never say die team: Head Operations: PHARMA Degree in Pharmacy (& registered), the individual will oversee the day-to-day running of the division. Must be an exceptional team leader, must be able to follow through strategic marketing, promotional and sales plans. The candidate must have minimum of 5 years field sales experience and contacts, and must possess the ability to manage a dynamic sales force to achieve set targets. Excellent Communication and Presentation skills are compulsory and the successful candidate must be willing to travel at short notice and should not be above 36 years of age. Medical Representatives: Degree in Pharmacy (& registered), the Biological sciences or related fields, at least 2 years post-NYSC experience as a representative in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Will be responsible for having interface with Healthcare Providers and making presentations to doctors, pharmacists etc and will organize clinical meetings and other promotional or continuous medical education events. Excellent communication & presentation skills are compulsory. A team player, the candidate must be self motivated and possess the capability to work independently, oversee a team and travel at short notice. Must also possess a valid driving license and not above 35 years of age. Sales Representatives: Degree/Qualification in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Nursing, Pharm Tech, Pharmacology or other related areas, have strong marketing and sales skills. Prior experience of 1-2 years in the pharmaceutical or consumer care industries is compulsory. Must be willing to work under pressure, have good communication and presentation skills and must possess a valid driving license and not above 35 years of age. Trainee Sales Representatives: Degree/Qualification in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Nursing, Pharm Tech, Pharmacology or other related areas. Young, smart, aggressive, good communications skill, a fast learner and a team player. Not more than 28 years of age, possession of valid driving license is an advantage. Head Account & Admin: A graduate of Accounting, minimum of P2 ICAN, at least 7 years working experience in similar position. Secretary/Receptionist: Female, good typing skills, excellent communications skills, warm and friendly disposition, minimum of OND or equivalent. Drivers: Valid Driving License, minimum of 7 years experience, good knowledge of Lagos and inter-state driving, ability to drive cars, buses and trucks.
