Marketing and Brand Manager Wanted!

Our Client - a leading independent Nigerian publishing company - requires the services of Marketing and Brand Manager
Location: Lagos

Core Responsibilities:
The Marketing and Brand Manager will be responsible for the marketing, branding, corporate communication and PR activities of the company

Other responsibilities include:

• Devising and implementing appropriate marketing and sales strategies

• Identifying, building and maintaining relationships/communication with key retail outlets, corporate clients and key media contacts

• Design and supervision of market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, awareness and customer satisfaction

• Organizing all PR activities, organizing and managing events- press conferences, exhibitions and so on

• Overall management of the PR, branding and marketing of the company’s products


Person Specification

The ideal candidate should have:

• Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent
• At least 3 years experience in marketing and branding management
• Planning and Organizational skills; Excellent Communication skills
• Extensive knowledge in the use of the MS Office Suite
• Experience in managing people; High energy and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products and services
