The following positions are vacant in a fast growing maintenance organization, based in Lagos.

1. Drivers
- The candidate must have over 3 years of driving experience on Nigerian Roads
- Must have a good knowledge of various locations in the lagos metropolise
- A Valid Drivers License
- May be required to work on weekends
- Must be literate enough and require very little supervision

2. Site Managers
- The Candidate must have an engineering backgroung in either Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
- The candidate should have at least 2 years working experinece in managing commercial or residential
sites
- Must posses Managerial, Supervisory and Leadership skills
- Member of a reputable Facility/Engineering Professional Association
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision


3. PA to the MD
- Must be an engineer (preferably with Civil Engineering Background)
- Male or Female
- Posses at least 1 year post NYSC working experience
- Must require little or no supervision to work


4. Cleaning Supervisor
- Must possess at least an ND in Administration or Management
- Must have at least 2 years working experience in related field
- having worked in a cleaning company will be an added advantage
- Must possess supervisory and people management skills
