SUMMARY
Our client is a leading telecommunications service provider within the region, with a presence in 16 different Countries.
Our client is seeking a Local Project Manager and Ops Leads.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manages the operational delivery of service to the assigned statement of work.
· Plan, organize and deploy resources.
· Communication with others.
· Accountable for the resolution of operational problems and issues that impact service delivery in all service
deliverables during shifts.
· Manage NOC Operations and teams under 24x7 environments.
· Manage customer and ISV communication and escalations
· Regular reporting and meeting with client /ISVs.
· Periodic reviews with customer.
SKILLS AND REQUIRMENTS
· Graduate or diploma with a certificate in MCSE, CCNA, CITRIX, VMWARE, ITIL.
· 4-6 years of experience.
· Analytical skills.
· Decision making.
· Tactical orientation.
· Awareness of VAS Services, call flows, GSM, SS7, OS.
