POSITION: PERSONNEL/BIOMETRIC MACHINE CLERKS
THE JOB Reporting to the Personnel Manager; will be responsible for general
Personnel/admin duties as well as records keeping, filling, mail runs, dispatching
of internal and external correspondence, handling and tracing of document,
managing all operations of the biometric machine, making daily/monthly
attendance reports, supervising mid-month and monthly summaries of time and
overtime inputs of staff, etc.
QUALIFICATION: A good OND or ND in the Humanities, Social Sciences, or Management \Sciences. 5 ‘O’ Level credits including English and Mathematics.

THE PERSON: Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel and other computer packages. Be fluent in the use of English Language, with good communication and
interpersonal skills.
EXPERIENCE: 2years post qualification experience.

STATE OF ORIGIN: Bayelsa or Rivers.
