Job Description

We are looking for an efficient and effective International Student Recruitment Officer that will contribute towards our goal of empowering students with high standard and quality education abroad.

You be responsible for providing information, advice and support for students seeking admission to study abroad. The candidate for this role will also be involved in marketing our services to prospective students and clients.


Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Give explicit counsel on study options
• Submit properly completed applications to the admissions team.
• Enter and update customer information on the CRM.
• Upload and guard student information.
• Follow up on client enquiries, requests or complaints, providing information and assistance
• Provide visa counselling to clients
• Offer immigration advice to students and their families
• Support event managers with promotional events (in-house/external)
• Attend institution briefings, webinars and trainings
• Assist with marketing and promotions

Requirements/Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
• Working experience in the international education industry is desirable
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Must be customer service oriented
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (CRM software) and telephone systems
