1. be a male above 30 and possess a B.Sc or HND
2. have a good command of English Language
3. have good net - working and inter-personal skill
4. be conversant with the internet
5. have excellent skill in proposal writing
6. have good understanding of Abuja Terrain
7. possess a valid driving license
